Our bouquet of roses are elegant, modern, and designed specifically for every individual order. Each bouquet includes a dozen roses per order, within a lush array of complementing fresh flowers. Choose what color pallet you prefer for that special someone.
**NOTE*** COLORS AVAILABLE ARE: RED, WHITE, HOT PINK, PALE/LIGHT PINK, LAVENDER/PURPLE, ORANGE AND YELLOW. Please select one color of your choice at the "INSTRUCTIONS TO FLORIST" when you are in the checkout/purchase section within the shopping cart. There is not an option for the multi-color combo or mixing of rose colors. All clients will receive images of their floral bouquet final design. THERE ARE NO MIXED COLORS FOR THIS PRODUCT

Kaya, Thank you for the beautiful rose petals and rose stems you delivered to my hotel, for my husband's Celebration of Life Burial at Sea Ceremony! The red of the petals glistened on the waves as the ashes, placed by our boat captain/reverend, blended into the Gulf 3 miles outside Honeymoon Island, a place we loved on our honeymoon many, many years ago. The flowers were for my wedding anniversary. The staff was so helpful in picking out the right arrangements. And they delivered them to my hotel early. This created the exact surprise I wanted for my wife. She was beyond thrilled!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
SUMMER HEAT ADVISORY- due to extreme heat temperatures within Pinellas County, all residential flower deliveries will be delivered by the end of our business day. This is to ensure that our client's recipients are actually at home to receive their flowers. Petals & Blooms Flowers will not leave bouquets outside during the months of May, June, July, August and September if recipients are not home to receive our clients gifts.
In addition, we do not accept timed delivery requests under any circumstances. If you send a note to florist for a timed delivery request you will be notified and required to pay our timed delivery fee of $50 (USD)
Only the client that purchased the flowers can request a return and or refund. Recipients are not permitted to receive credits, or replacements on any/all bouquets because the financial loss was not incurred by you. Any recipients request for replacements/credits/exchanges will not be approved, recipients should not contact the florist and request a replacement bouquet. We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Purchasers can contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a credit.
Purchasers refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
