Activated Charcoal Powder.
Tea Tree Essentia Oil.
** Jade Soap Shop uses Sodium hydroxide for saponification. There's no sodium hydroxide exits in the soap after the saponification is done.

Activated charcoal draws bacteria, poisons, chemicals, dirt and other micro-particles to the surface of skin, helping you to achieve a flawless complexion and fight acne.
Tea tree oil is thought to calm redness, swelling, and inflammation. It may even help to prevent and reduce acne scars, leaving you with smooth, clear skin.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
SUMMER HEAT ADVISORY- due to extreme heat temperatures within Pinellas County, all residential flower deliveries will be delivered by the end of our business day. This is to ensure that our client's recipients are actually at home to receive their flowers. Petals & Blooms Flowers will not leave bouquets outside during the months of May, June, July, August and September if recipients are not home to receive our clients gifts.
In addition, we do not accept timed delivery requests under any circumstances. If you send a note to florist for a timed delivery request you will be notified and required to pay our timed delivery fee of $50 (USD)
Only the client that purchased the flowers can request a return and or refund. Recipients are not permitted to receive credits, or replacements on any/all bouquets because the financial loss was not incurred by you. Any recipients request for replacements/credits/exchanges will not be approved, recipients should not contact the florist and request a replacement bouquet. We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Purchasers can contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a credit.
Purchasers refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
