The Yurong San, (Oriental Herbal Facial Brightening Powder) is a blend of 9 different traditional Oriental herbs (Astraglus Membranaceus Root, Bletilla Striata Root, Cimicifuga Racemosa Root, Coix Lacryma-Jobi Ma-Yuen Seed, Phaseolus Radiatus Seed and etc ) The herbs penetrate deep into the skin to repair damaged skin cells, moisturize and correct skin texture, giving you clear and translucent skin.
Yurong San has been used by the imperial court in ancient China for centuries. The most famous empress who used it was Empress Dowager Cixi.
Patchouli can regenerate skin cells, which makes it useful for hastening the healing of wounds and to fade scars. It tightens and tones sagging skin. Because of patchouli’s anti-inflammatory properties, it can calm skin problems such as sunburn, acne, eczema and other forms of dermatitis.
Lavender essential oil can help to reduce redness, blotching and ruddiness of the skin, helping to restore your bright, natural skin tone.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. SUMMER HEAT ADVISORY- due to extreme heat temperatures within Pinellas County, all residential flower deliveries will be delivered by the end of our business day. This is to ensure that our client's recipients are actually at home to receive their flowers. Petals & Blooms Flowers will not leave bouquets outside during the months of May, June, July, August and September if recipients are not home to receive our clients gifts.
In addition, we do not accept timed delivery requests under any circumstances. If you send a note to florist for a timed delivery request you will be notified and required to pay our timed delivery fee of $50 (USD)
Only the client that purchased the flowers can request a return and or refund. Recipients are not permitted to receive credits, or replacements on any/all bouquets because the financial loss was not incurred by you. Any recipients request for replacements/credits/exchanges will not be approved, recipients should not contact the florist and request a replacement bouquet. We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Purchasers can contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a credit.
Purchasers refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
