You did great! While I appreciate the person (owner?) who tried to take my order while out on delivery the on line sevices worked perfectly. I also like the photo confirmation of the final product, nice touch.

They understood the assignment and absolutely nailed it! I contacted Petals and Blooms on behalf of my company for an upcoming trade show in Clearwater. We needed something a little different. A beautiful arrangement of bright, vibrant flowers with plenty of color and texture to showcase the incredible detail of our new 4K surgical camera system. I spoke with Kaya, explained what we were trying to accomplish, and she asked all the right questions. After taking down my information, she simply said, “I got you.” And I believed her. But WOW, did she deliver! The arrangement was absolutely stunning. She even added a peacock feather, which looks incredible on our 4K monitor and turned out to be the perfect finishing touch. One of my colleagues even said, “We have to have a peacock feather at every show now!” It's one thing to create beautiful flowers. It's another to truly listen to a customer, understand exactly what they're trying to achieve, and deliver something even better than they imagined. Kaya and the team at Petals and Blooms did just that. Five stars, without hesitation. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
SUMMER HEAT ADVISORY- due to extreme heat temperatures within Pinellas County, all residential flower deliveries will be delivered by the end of our business day. This is to ensure that our client's recipients are actually at home to receive their flowers. Petals & Blooms Flowers will not leave bouquets outside during the months of May, June, July, August and September if recipients are not home to receive our clients gifts.
In addition, we do not accept timed delivery requests under any circumstances. If you send a note to florist for a timed delivery request you will be notified and required to pay our timed delivery fee of $50 (USD)
Only the client that purchased the flowers can request a return and or refund. Recipients are not permitted to receive credits, or replacements on any/all bouquets because the financial loss was not incurred by you. Any recipients request for replacements/credits/exchanges will not be approved, recipients should not contact the florist and request a replacement bouquet. We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Purchasers can contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a credit.
Purchasers refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
