Petals & Blooms Flowers provides fresh, cut flowers and greenery on your wedding day. Each option has a designated amount of fresh flower stems and fresh greenery stems, so please read the options when purchasing. No flower requests accepted for this product, this is a florist choice option only. Clients must send florist their color palette.
***NOTE***- All client's that purchase this product agree and understand that Petals & Blooms Flowers will not/does not place the cake flower stems on the cake. All client's who purchase this product must have their cake baker, or other designated party place the flowers on the cake. Additionally, Petals & Blooms Flowers will only deliver cake flowers to the venue location the day of the event, or within 3 days of the event to the baker, but baker's delivery address must be within Pinellas County Florida only
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
SUMMER HEAT ADVISORY- due to extreme heat temperatures within Pinellas County, all residential flower deliveries will be delivered by the end of our business day. This is to ensure that our client's recipients are actually at home to receive their flowers. Petals & Blooms Flowers will not leave bouquets outside during the months of May, June, July, August and September if recipients are not home to receive our clients gifts.
In addition, we do not accept timed delivery requests under any circumstances. If you send a note to florist for a timed delivery request you will be notified and required to pay our timed delivery fee of $50 (USD)
Only the client that purchased the flowers can request a return and or refund. Recipients are not permitted to receive credits, or replacements on any/all bouquets because the financial loss was not incurred by you. Any recipients request for replacements/credits/exchanges will not be approved, recipients should not contact the florist and request a replacement bouquet. We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Purchasers can contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a credit.
Purchasers refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
