Clients will receive two (2) wedding flower arch sprays that can be attached and later removed and reused at clients WEDDING reception/dinner party to clients wedding arch structure. Petals & Blooms Flowers DOES NOT provide the wedding arch structure. Clients must provide the wedding arch/structure that is already assembled at their venue location the day of clients event. An additional fee of $150 will be charged to clients in a separate invoice if clients want Petals & Blooms Flowers to remove the 2 wedding arch ceremony pieces and repurpose the 2 floral sprays for the wedding pieces for clients reception/dinner event/party.
Petals & Blooms Flowers will deliver and initially attach the 2 wedding arch flower sprays to the wedding arch structure, prior to clients wedding ceremony event.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
